3. Services Provided

Gardeners Lee offers a variety of services, including but not limited to:

Landscape design and planning
Garden maintenance and upkeep
Planting and installation
Irrigation system setup
Pest and disease management

3.1 Customization

We tailor our services to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client, ensuring personalized solutions for every garden.

4. Payment Terms

All services are subject to payment as per the agreed-upon terms:

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise specified.
We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Invoices will be provided detailing the services rendered and the total cost.

5. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours' notice:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via email.
Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the full amount of the scheduled service will be charged.

6. Responsibilities of Gardeners Lee

Adhering to agreed timelines and schedules.
Maintaining clear and open communication with clients.

7. Responsibilities of the Client

Clients are expected to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding their gardening needs.
Ensure access to the property for service delivery.
Make timely payments as per the agreed terms.
Communicate any changes or concerns promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gardeners Lee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

In cases of breach of these terms by either party.
Mutual agreement to terminate the services.
Situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other force majeure events.

9.1 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services performed up to the termination date.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by Gardeners Lee remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal use only.

11. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected will be used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gardeners Lee operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.

Gardeners Lee reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between Gardeners Lee and the client regarding the use of our services, superseding all prior agreements.
